Refrigeration Service Technician - - Johannesburg

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Servicing of equipment on site and in the workshop
Ensure services are completed with the highest level of skill
Offer customers total solutions to their requirements
Promote service assessments on all supplied products
Service products to full working capacity
Pro-actively utilize service manuals to maintain best technical practices
Maintain accuracy in troubleshooting and faultfinding at all times
Provide regular feedback on activities, quotes and orders to customers
Ensure all administrative reports are completed in a timeous and accurate manner
Handle and clean all products in accordance with Company Policy
High efficiency is required turnaround times and in driving technical assessments

Qualification and Requirements:

Applicable Technical qualification (Refrigeration Technician)
2 years experience in a similar position (field work, Replacement of parts, fault finding).
Valid drivers licence with own vehicle
Valid passport advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem solving skills and ability to trouble shoot

Remuneration: R12k to R15k plus R2k travel allowance, fuel and tools of the trade
