In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the refrigeration department within our organization. You will ensure that all refrigeration systems and equipment are in proper working order and meet safety and quality standards. Additionally, you will supervise a team of technicians and provide guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the refrigeration department Ensure proper operation and maintenance of all refrigeration systems and equipment Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency Supervise a team of technicians, providing training and guidance Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Coordinate with other departments to address any maintenance-related issues Requirements Proven experience as a Refrigeration Supervisor or similar role Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and equipment Relevant certification or license in refrigeration Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks Knowledge of safety and quality standards Analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Benefits Salary: R155K/yr - R168K/yr, negotiable Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career-changing move Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
