The following criteria must be met by candidates applying for the above position: A minimum of 5 – 10 years of Butchery experience, and previous experience in a Regional position will be an advantage Be a self-starter and successfully manage multiple Stores and workforce Problem-solving and leadership abilities Developing Company Strategies and growing sales while controlling expenses Improving Customer Service, Drive store Sales, and increase profitability Be able to achieve high standards in hygiene, cutting, packing, merchandising Have good to advanced computer skills, excel, word, internet Have contactable references Clean sober habits Must have a valid driver’s licence
