National Bargaining Council For The Private Security Sector.

The position of a Regional Manager is required in the National Bargaining Council for the Private Security Sector (“NBCPPS”), the purpose of the role is to manage regional operations and ensure the best use of resources to enforce the Industry Collective Agreement through sound internal processes, administration, dispute resolutions and compliance measures. Develop operational plans for the region that is aligned to the Council's Strategy. Develop, recommend, and implement approved annual budget that will enable the region to achieve its annual goals and objectives. Ensure the accurate and timeous implementation of operational, transactional and compliance procedures and policies in support of the regional plans and strategic objectives of the Council. Prepare and present regional and statistical reports to Management and other relevant committees as and when required on a monthly basis. Manage regional risks identified by developing and implementing mitigating plans. Build and maintain relationships with NBCPSS internal and external stakeholders. Oversee and manage regional compliance with the Industry Collective Agreement. Get involved with technical and complex dispute resolution matters due to the level of interaction required or complexities involved in cases. Manage and ensure efficient enforcement of Main Collective Agreement at Regional level. Represent Council at Regional forums where appropriate and as mandated from time to time. Manage and oversee overall staff in the Gauteng Region. Maximise revenue collection and ensure that the Regional Budget is achieved. Minimum of an appropriate Grade 12 certificate. 3-4 year tertiary qualification in Management, Labour Law/Relations or Human Resources, or relevant equivalent qualification at NQF Level 6 and above. 5-7 years' experience in a Labour Relations environment and/or Collective Bargaining. At least 3 years' experience should be at a management level. In possession of a current valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle. Experience in dealing with Department of Employment and Labour, Bargaining Councils and CCMA practices and processes highly advantageous. Apply Now
