Responsible for designing, coordinating, and supporting various marketing campaigns and initiatives for the company and all dealers to promote vehicle sales.
Ensure strategies are compiled which aligns the marketing activities between the head office and various dealers.
Work closely with Sales to ensure sales needs and marketing activities align.
Managing and maintaining relationships with current and potential dealers and marketing teams to ensure continuous business growth. Visits to dealers on a regular basis to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Ensure the dealers are marketing according to the correct guidelines and strategies as outlined by the company Head Office.
Assisting dealers in developing strategies and tactics that increase awareness of products among dealers target markets.
Action on Customer intelligence (CI) – the collection and analysis of detailed customer data from both internal and external sources to gain insights about customer needs, motivations, and behaviours
Ensure that the marketing team for both head office and various company dealers are performing activities such as events, campaigns, and market research that aligns and supports company goals.
They must be able to analyze customer purchasing behaviours, trends, and preferences, and design marketing plans and campaigns to meet customer needs and increase sales leads.
Ensure the production and design of promotional materials.
Ensure sales data is analysed for both head office and various company dealers to determine effectiveness of marketing efforts.
