Are you a Marketing Manager looking to make a meaningful impact? Join the SA Guide-Dogs Association (GDA) as our Regional Marketing Manager in Cape Town. This role offers you the opportunity to leverage your marketing skills to drive our marketing, events, omni-channel communications and fundraising initiatives to significantly grow our Western Cape donor base across our targeted consumer groups. As the spearhead of our regional marketing strategy, you will craft and implement campaigns tailored to the local market, maximising fundraising opportunities and improving external communications with the objective of increasing our donor base so that we are able to continue with our mission of changing lives of the disabled. Key Responsibilities: Strategy execution: Devise and implement insightful marketing tactics that align with national goals yet are optimised for regional impact. Analyse market trends to tailor approaches that resonate with the donor base in the Western Cape Campaign Execution: Lead high-impact marketing and donor acquisition campaigns. Manage and innovate across multiple media platforms, adjusting strategies based on real-time data and feedback to ensure maximum engagement and results. Content Creation: Produce compelling content that enhances our visibility and engages a brand-conscious audience through innovative digital and social media strategies. Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic partnerships to boost our public relations efforts, creating narratives that resonate with our donor profiles and drive media coverage. Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts, ensuring optimal budget use and ROI. Report these insights to guide future strategies. Donor Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with high-value donors, focusing on building a strong regional support network. Proven success in marketing, with exceptional organisational and project management skills Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating teams and driving strategic initiatives. Expertise in integrated marketing, utilising various media channels to enhance our brand, our messaging and significantly raise campaign visibility. Passion for storytelling, with an eye for aesthetics and content quality. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
