Well established, reputable Financial Services company, situated in Hillcrest Durban seeks an experienced Relationship Consultant to assist clients by offering excellent client service, support, and to maintain and grow relationships. Candidate must have at least 3 years' experience in this role, in a financial services environment. A clear credit record is essential. Previous experience in a financial services environment is essential Possess good technical and IT skills (MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook) Accurately capture client information on the relevant system. Execute client requests within the agreed timeframes and quality standards. Handle all the administrative tasks according to agreed standards and turnaround times. Engage with clients in a client centricity manner. Ensuring accurate completion of client requests and follows up to ensure queries are resolved timeously. Providing effective, efficient and professional service to all our clients, both telephonically and through written correspondence. Ensuring client service levels are met and exceeded. Interaction with Financial Advisors to ensure a constant flow of communication and improvement of service levels to clients. Excellent time management skills. Client Service Management Client Meeting Preparation & Attendance General Portfolio Maintenance Quarterly Management Fees Trusts Unit Trusts Procedure FIC & FAIS Compliance Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong client service orientation Professional approach Must be reliable and accountable Self-motivated and ability to work independently and more importantly interdependently A team player Enthusiastic and highly motivated Excellent prioritising and organisational skills.
