Yes Job Role: Account Manager Company: Alchemy Outsourcing Work Duration: 20 hours per week (opportunity to move to 40 hours per week) Work Hours and Schedule: Australia Eastern Standard Time (flexible) Purpose of the role: To be the key liaison between our clients and VAs, ensuring seamless integration, exceptional performance, and maximum client satisfaction. Responsibilities: 1. Client Engagement and Performance Management – Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement. – Support clients in managing VA performance, providing guidance and solutions to optimize outcomes. 2. VA Placement and Onboarding – Oversee the placement of VAs with clients, following client interviews and endorsements. – Facilitate the selection process, assisting clients in choosing the right VA based on their needs. – Set clear onboarding expectations and ensure a smooth transition for both clients and VAs. 3. Client Outreach and Relationship Management – Proactively reach out to clients to understand their evolving needs and address any concerns. – Manage client contracts, ensuring expectations, performance metrics, and outcomes are clearly defined and met. – Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related inquiries and support. 4. Upsell and Business Growth – Identify opportunities to upsell additional services such as VA bonuses, advisory services, and concierge offerings. – Educate clients on the benefits of our services and how they can further enhance their business operations. 5. Outcome Monitoring and Business Support – Monitor business outcomes and work closely with business owners to leverage VA services for growth. – Provide strategic advice and support to help clients maximize the value of their VA engagements. 6. Referral Partner Management – Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, ensuring mutual success. – Monitor and support referral partner activities, driving new business opportunities through these channels. Qualifications: – Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in a service-oriented industry. – Strong understanding of performance management processes and the ability to provide constructive feedback. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. – Demonstrated ability to manage contracts, set expectations, and drive outcomes. – Experience in identifying upsell opportunities and presenting value-added services. – Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to support business growth and success.
