Our Telecommunications Client is seeking an Assistant Administrator to join their team in Woodmead, Johannesburg . Salary : R 10 000-R 15 000 (Based on experience) Requirements : Valid driver's license and own transport (advantageous). Matric . Microsoft office (excel, word). Pastel Excellent oral and communication skills. Good product knowledge. Cope well under pressure. Target and deadline-driven. Be a team player. 2-3 years experience in a similar role 1-2 years experience in retail 1-2 years experience in renewable energy Duties Monitor Online orders and attend to the following from the online site. Product Enquires for stock. Returns or exchanges. Order Status Queries Escalate any website issues. Arrange couriers for online orders from stores. Load product images into pastel for new products. Account Management Create deals for approval based on an office template that has cost prices and selling prices and get approval from technical management and finance management. Send quotes to customers with the company supporting documents and with the sales team copied. Confirm customer has paid a deposit with finance and book and order stock from suppliers. Ensure all invoices and statements are sent to the customers and gather customer surveys from the customers. Operational Management Arrange installation dates with customers, installers, and suppliers so stock is delivered before the installation date and signed for by the customer on delivery. Open Job cards in pastel and maintain the status of the job cards as the customers' orders progress through the different stages. Oversee all required documentation from customers, suppliers, and installers. Check in with installers on progress and feedback to technical management on the progress. Handle any warranty claims. Handle all after-sales services as per company policies. Feedback to sales on any problems or queries from customers. Stock Management Oversee all stock handling, storage, and transportation and ensure all stock is safe and within the company's insurance parameters and is not exceeded. Work with the procurement department to find stock at the best price for the customer deals.
