Duties

Conduct user studies, usability engineering studies, RETSPL studies, Clinical validation studies, and all other product related studies to support the product development team (including contextual discovery, experience mapping, diary studies, early stage concept and prototype testing, lab based and contextual usability, and accessibility testing).
Manage all aspects and requirements of the research study being performed (including planning, time allocation, funding, participant recruitment, and performing the relevant testing and documentation).
Work with the team to develop and advocate appropriate research strategies to understand user needs for a service, and to continually test and improve the service.
Design, execute and analyze quantitative and qualitative surveys.
Effectively document and communicate user research findings to the team and the wider organization.
Conduct market research to stay up to date with trends and competitors
