Candidate Requirements:

Must have previous reservationist experience within the luxury safari lodge industry
Working experience in managing reservations for a group of properties is preferable
Must possess a keen understanding of the unique offerings of each lodge within the group
Will need to be well-versed in the amenities, activities, and personalized services that define each offering
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Keen understanding of turnaround times when communicating with guests and agents
Proficient in the use of ResRequest advantageous
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide timely and professional services to guests
