Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree or equivalent in Hospitality management/Leadership.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in reservations operations within a luxury 5/4-star hotels.
- Proficiency in reservations software such as Protel and/or Opera.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide creative solutions.
Key Performance Indicators:- High level of guest satisfaction and positive feedback.
- Effective coordination with other departments to meet guest needs.
- Adherence to booking policies and standards.
- Achievement of occupancy and revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately interpret and fulfill accommodation needs for guests and organizations.
- Maximize room nights and revenue through effective selling and cross-selling.
- Record all booking details and correspondence with precision.
- Collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure a seamless and personalized guest experience.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and guest satisfaction.
