Reservations Co-ordinator - South Africa

This is an ideal position if you have working experience in the Events or Hospitality space. You will assist high-end VIP guests, assist them with boardroom bookings, travel arrangements, various events that need arrangement.

Requirements:

  • Matric with relevant qualification in Events or Hospitality
  • Work experience in Front office management
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Present yourself in a professional manner
Duties:
  • Responsible for the overall smooth running of front-line reception
  • Oversee and co-ordinate the daily operations of the Front Office function
  • Deal with all visitors/guest requests and requirements
  • Bookings of boardrooms/restaurants/Uber and more
  • Manage all events arrangements
