GAAP Point of Sale is recruiting a Restaurant Manager Support Consultant . This position is available in our Joburg office or our Durban office. The successful applicants will be reporting to the National Training Manager or their nominees at GAAP where applicable. Support – Understanding client requirements and using the point-of-sale features to help the clients manage their business, Training – Online, classroom, and onsite, Point of Sale Setup – Creating menu layouts according to client specifications, General operational duties assigned as required. Basic understanding of stock movement within the hospitality sector, Working management or senior position experience in the sit down and/or QSR restaurant sector, Can work with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel), Computer literacy (essential), Can work independently and achieve goals without constant supervision while working remotely, Punctual, reliable, and presentable, Work well under pressure, Reliable car (Insured for business use before commencement date), Valid driver's license, Fluent in English, Good attention to detail, Customer-oriented attitude, Good telephone etiquette, Basic understanding of accounting, Working from home will require an office setup with a stable internet connection, Must be able to work in a hybrid set-up between home and office, Knowledge of Sales Force (advantageous). Market Related Please note that working hours for this position are from 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday but will require working overtime from time to time to support clients with queries.
