We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team to lead our retail fitout projects from concept to completion. Job Summary: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of retail fitout projects from initial design to final completion. You will work closely with clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Manage multiple retail fitout projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders Coordinate and communicate with clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as necessary Manage project teams, including coordination of internal resources and external contractors Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Ensure all projects are delivered to the required quality standards, meeting or exceeding client expectations Additional Requirements: Candidate to have own car, phone and laptop, and be prepared to travel around South Africa Candidate must have Retail Experience. Must be able to work remotely. This is not an in-office-based role. Site-based role, managing projects mostly in the Gauging, Limpopo, North West, Mpumalanga and Free State Regions Candidate must be capable of putting together Scope of works, Budgets and Programmes Proficient in MS Office, MS Project. The Admin Component of this job is heavily Excel based. Must be able to communicate to all Stakeholders alike - Client, Landlord and all Site Contractors via multiple platforms (via Email, WhatsApp and Telephone)
