A high end fashion store is seeking a friendly and dynamic Retail Sales Assistant to join their fashion store team in Hyde Park. Greet and assist customers as they enter the store Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience Offer product knowledge and styling advice to customers Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system Maintain store cleanliness and organization Stock and replenish merchandise as needed Assist with inventory management and control Participate in visual merchandising and display setups Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally 2 Years retail experience, preferably in a fashion environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiastic, with a customer-focused attitude Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling Matric
