Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our team in achieving exceptional customer service, sales growth, and store profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including customer service, sales, inventory management, visual merchandising, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and maximize sales
  • Create visually appealing displays and ensure store presentation meets company standards
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions
  • Control costs, manage budgets, and optimize store operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Foster a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting diversity and inclusivity

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of retail management experience
  • Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in retail software and technology
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
