Are you someone who can: Develop, encourage, and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the FRG. Manage expenditure planning and reporting within approved budget parameters. Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders, that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions. Provide input into the tactical strategy and delivery plans in support of Group and R&C functional risk strategic objectives. Manage the risk profile components within your responsibility end to end, including policies, procedures, practices, capabilities, reporting and insights. Embed requirements from your areas of practice R&C wide by providing risk management strategies, tools, and methodologies to the area of responsibility to mitigate the risk of loss or breaches of appetite. Exercise oversight and provide guidance for the risk areas within your portfolio including measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of risk mitigating techniques. Engage in cross-functional relationships to obtain and to provide work support across multiple risk domains to identify and manage risk exposure. Demonstrate leadership behavior through personal involvement, commitment, and dedication in support of organisational values. Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development. Demonstrate experience in specialized risks such as fraud risk, payment risk and fintech risks. Demonstrate understanding of emerging banking practices such as open banking, crypto currencies, and digital identities. You will be an ideal candidate if you: Have a degree or post graduate degree in business or risk related fields. 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior (entry level) management level.
