My client is seeking an airport meet-and-greet runner to welcome clients at the airport arrival section. The ideal candidate will hold a meet and greet board, assist with their initial inquiries, and seamlessly connect them with the rental agent for the vehicle rental check-out process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Client Reception: Meet clients at the designated airport arrival section, holding a meet and greet board. Customer Service: Provide a warm welcome, assist with any immediate needs, and answer basic questions about the rental process and local area. Coordination: Contact the rental agent promptly upon the client's arrival and facilitate the transition to the rental agent for the vehicle rental check-out process. Assistance: Help clients with luggage if necessary and ensure they are comfortable while waiting for the rental agent. Communication: Maintain clear and efficient communication with rental agents and other team members to ensure a smooth and timely process. Problem Resolution: Handle any unexpected issues or delays with professionalism and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Must have Matric Well presented Previous experience working as a Runner would be an advantage R6000 per month
