Job Summary We are looking for a SA Capital Raising Tele Sales Executive who will generate sales opportunities through outbound calling activities. The right candidate will be the one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box,easily initiates,relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated.The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company's needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically The role centers on utilizing our fully automated sales system to effectively close deals.This involves having an introductory sales call and convincing interested alternative investment fund managers, general partners and deal sponsors to collaborate with us. Job Description Assist clients with their fundraising efforts. Meet weekly targets of Limited Partner introductions organised and number of investor meetings attended. Develop new relationships with relevant investors (family offices, high-net-worth investors, institutional investors) and efficiently manage and strengthen existing ones. Assist with the management of client relationships to ensure that excellent client service is provided. Respond to daily queries from clients and prospective investor Conduct 200 outbound cold calling dials daily to prospective clients. Generate a minimum of 20 introductory calls per month through effective cold calling efforts, nurturing initial interest and facilitating further engagement with potential clients. Research and stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and investor preferences to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, investor communications, and fundraising activities in CRM systems or databases. Job Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in telemarketing, preferably in B2B Sales Prior experience in outbound sales or prospecting roles, with a demonstrated track record of success in the USA or UK markets. Bachelor's/College Degree specializing in Sales/ Business Management/ Customer Service or equivalent Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets, especially within fields like real estate sales, financial services sales, insurance sales, or software sales. Experience within Insurance industry preffered Beneficial: Having worked for sales companies. Strong positive mindset and emotional intelligence. Ability and willingness to work hard under pressure to manage multiple workstreams and meet sales targets and deadlines. Requires an ambitious self-starter and someone who can effectively process inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, and identify qualified leads and opportunities. Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal communication, with the capacity to engage prospects in meaningful conversations and establish rapport. Proficient in engaging with senior-level executives, including Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), to present our company's value proposition and solutions. Relationship selling skills, with the ability to manage sales calls at varying levels of customer accounts, are essential. Demonstrated success in prospecting, appointment-setting, cold calling, and telemarketing Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company Ability to work independently as well as be part of a team in a fast-paced environment Adept computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Apply Now
