Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting for a skilled Payroll Administrator for a temporary position based in Epping Industrial. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing wages and salaries using Sage 300, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Utilize Sage 300 to process wages and salaries for employees accurately and efficiently. Maintain payroll records and ensure all information is up-to-date. Handle queries related to payroll from employees and management. Assist with payroll-related reporting and analysis. Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with regulations. Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Requirements Previous experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role. Proficiency in using Sage 300 for payroll processing. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
