Sales Administrator - Gauteng

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised sales administration to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the order processing workflow, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders received through various platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, sales representatives, and warehouse personnel.Responsibilities:Process incoming orders received via online platforms, email, phone calls, or other communication channels promptly and accurately.Communicate with clients to confirm order details, provide updates on order status, and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure orders are processed according to customer specifications and requirements.Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders, including verifying inventory availability and coordinating delivery schedules.Maintain accurate records of orders, including order status, tracking information, and any necessary documentation.Monitor and manage order lead times, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that may impact delivery schedules.Assist in resolving any order discrepancies or issues, including processing returns, exchanges, or refunds as needed.Provide support to the sales team as needed, including preparing sales reports, assisting with customer inquiries, and generating sales quotes or proposals.Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate information to customers and sales representatives.Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.Proven experience in sales administration, order processing, or customer service roles.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, sales representatives, and internal teams.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is a plus.Familiarity with order management systems and logistics processes preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. https://protool.gumtree.co.za/external-link-browser.html?urlaHR0cHM6Ly9lbi16YS53aGF0am9icy5jb20vY29vcG9iX19jcGxfX18xMzIwXzU1MTI5X180OTc/dXRtX3NvdXJjZT1ndW10cmVlJnV0bV9tZWRpdW09ZmVlZCZrZXl3b3JkPQ&jid1777851&xid1320_55129 Apply Now
