Sales Administrator - Stellenbosch

Responsibilities:
  • Handling of all inbound sales queries and orders
  • Assisting customers face to face, telephonically and via email.
  • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
  • Data capturing onto internal computer system.
  • Quotes to existing and potential clients
  • Informing clients of stock availability, stock alternatives and lead times
  • Accurate invoicing to clients
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison
  • Time management and delivering timeous responses to customer’s requests are crucial.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if required.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years relevant experience
  • Computer proficiency – MS Office.
  • A strong work ethic and sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Must be able to perform under pressure.
  • Driver’s License with own reliable transport would be advantageous.
