Sales Administrator - Stellenbosch
Responsibilities:
Handling of all inbound sales queries and orders
Assisting customers face to face, telephonically and via email.
Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
Data capturing onto internal computer system.
Quotes to existing and potential clients
Informing clients of stock availability, stock alternatives and lead times
Accurate invoicing to clients
Expediting orders through internal liaison
Time management and delivering timeous responses to customerâs requests are crucial.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if required.
Requirements:
2+ years relevant experience
Computer proficiency â MS Office.
A strong work ethic and sense of responsibility and accountability
Must be able to perform under pressure.
Driverâs License with own reliable transport would be advantageous.
