We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Financial Advisor to join our team in the insurance industry. As a Sales Financial Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and businesses make informed decisions about their insurance needs. This position requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial products and the ability to analyze and assess client needs. Responsibilities Identify and prospect potential clients to generate leads and build a client base Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and financial goals Recommend and present appropriate insurance products and solutions to clients Customize insurance policies to fit clients' specific needs and budget Effectively communicate complex insurance concepts and terms to clients Provide ongoing customer service to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and policies are up to date Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge to provide accurate and timely information to clients Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field Proven sales experience in the insurance industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Minimum Matric or Higher qualification Own Laptop Uncapped WiFi Valid drivers reliable vehicle Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team Apply Now
