Achieving targets and operational. Key Job Outputs: Conduct effort distribution, territory plan and analysis Manage field force effectiveness measures Analysis and monthly reporting on team performance Analyse sales data by customer and region Develop a sales plan Develop strategies to increase the Haemodialysis penetration Build marketing plans and tactical plans to implement strategies In-depth understanding of regional and national trends and customer dynamics Implementation and maintaining of acceptable disciplined behaviour from sales representatives Monitor and develop action plans to correct underperformance Proactive actions to prevent potential threats to business results Understand customer practices and prescribing habits Frequent customer visits with and without product specialists Develop customer proposal / presentation for communication and implementation Respond to customer requests and resolve regional issues timeously Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and key Customers Coach and develop the sales representatives Implementation of division sales and marketing strategies Analysis of regional sales, competitor and market share data, develop strategies and action plans to maximise sales potential Management of resources i.e. budget, stock, time, systems, sales tools Required Learning & Experience: Medical and/or Sciences degree 3-5 years marketing and sales experience Experience working with Haemodialysis Competencies: Leading and Supervising Brand planning Formulating Strategies and Concepts Deciding and Initiating Action Analysing Planning and Organising Entrepreneurial and Commercial Thinking Persuading and Influencing Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations Candidates that meet the criteria may submit their applications via this portal or via vacancy link on www.mnarecruitment.comShould you receive no feedback within 7 days, please accept your application as unsuccessful.
