Sales Assistant - Woodstock
We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent time management, work under pressure, be driven and self-motivated with a desire to succeed. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Loading of customer orders and overseeing these throughout the production process - start to end Managing and filtering orders on our database to ensure all information loaded is accurate, and that deadlines are being met Continuous customer liaison via telephone and email, updating them on their order status Maintain good client relationships Deliver targeted sales strategies Close sales and lead customers through the ordering process Work closely with design and production planning teams Create and maintain a database of prospective clients Upselling of new products Assisting at and being involved with events that the company is affiliated with Employee training and upskilling Required: High school degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus Sales experience preferred but not compulsory Drive custom orders through our CRM Two years of administrative experience proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication - internal and external Excellent customer service Excellent Administrative skills Good problem-solving abilities
