We are looking to appoint to dynamic front line store personnel who will deliver various customer-focused services to drive sales and maximize profits for our specialized retail establishment. The ideal candidates will be responsible for fulfilling a range of customer service requirements to ensure clients have an enjoyable retail in a Hindu Place of Worship. Customer Service Welcoming customers warmly and making them feel valued. Answering customer inquiries about products, features, and benefits. Helping customers find items, try on clothes, or make purchasing decisions. Processing returns and exchanges efficiently and courteously. Addressing customer issues promptly and professionally. Sales Suggesting additional or complementary products to increase sales. Handling payments and completing sales accurately. Striving to achieve individual and store sales goals. Store Operations Maintaining visual appeal of the store by organizing and displaying products effectively. Assisting with stock control, counting inventory, and replenishing shelves. Accurately handling cash and credit card transactions. Keeping the store clean, organized, and well-maintained. Following company guidelines and procedures. The essential requirements for the role include: Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills Knowledge and experience of working within a pooja store environment would be advantageous however, candidates who display a passion for the field will also be considered Additional requirements The ability to build, lasting relationships with customers, stakeholders and team mates. Must have demonstrated ability to work independently, managing own time effectively by setting priorities and through productive time management Work effectively under pressure and proactively manage stress levels Attention to detail, a high level of accuracy and methodical working High level of computer literacy required (MSoffice Suite, e-mail, internet, CRM) Matric essential-Candidate could also be a student studying on a parttime basis Be able to work flexible hours, which would include some evenings and weekends. Be able to grow a career and take on new responsibilities Willing to explore and work on different projects as required Have a proven track record in a similar role and/or environment wilI be an added advantage Have a car with valid South African driver's license would be an advantage Basic Commission (Structure dependent on experience) Apply Now
