Sales Consultant - Durban
Requirements:

- Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
- Minimum of 5 -10 years experience in a sales position
- Advanced computer skills
- Syspro knowledge would be an advantage
- Experience in managing stakeholders
- Own transport and Valid drivers license
- Knowledge of the catering equipment would be advantageous
- Generating leads by building relationships with potential and existing clients
- Enhancing customer experience
- Meet internal sales targets as agreed upon
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations and conducting cold calling sales,.
- Understand and manage client expectations
- Manage quote submissions, and order processing
- Ensure timely delivery of equipment
- Provide outstanding service to consumers both before and after the sale
- Manage orders until payment is completed.
- Maintain a customer database
- Produce weekly/monthly sales reports vs targets
- Process returns and credit notes in accordance with the established procedures
- Refer all client complaints received telephonically to the appropriate manager
- Ensure that shipment dates are updated periodically
- Any other associated responsibilities.
