Sales Consultant - South Africa
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote the companyâs car care services.
Identify customer needs, provide service information, and convert inquiries into sales by offering tailored solutions.
Pitch products effectively based on provided scripts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Stay updated on the full range of services and products offered to provide accurate and compelling information to customers.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through effective communication and sales techniques.
Conduct follow-up calls to previous customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport.
1 year of Sales experience.Â
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in a call centre or telephone-based sales role.
