Must have excellent knowledge of the cash management solutions industry, understand hardware and software, and knowledge of and be willing to travel throughout Africa Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction Research and identify new business opportunities across Banks, Retail and Hospitality to sell hardware and software solutions to customers Meet / exceed annual targets based on hardware and software sales Research and identify emerging markets and customer needs Set up meetings with prospective clients such as Bank Management and Executives, Business Owners / Directors, and Finance Managers, etc Promote the company's products and services, and align them to clients' needs Prepare and review sales contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices etc Provide feedback and after-sales support to clients Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional technical solutions Lead communications around program status at all levels Develop and manage a comprehensive program plan and communicate status / progress Manage vendor relationships Ensure that vendor partners meet agreed commitments Provide technical input and recommend alternative technical approaches Experience selling complex software solutions Fluent English and Afrikaans speaking (essential) Proven sales track record exceeding 7 figures annually Excellent communication skills Able to influence others at all levels Able to influence other to move toward a common vision or goal Outstanding interpersonal skills Innovative Able to motivate, inspire, and lead cross functional teams Independent Success orientated Strong business acumen Excellent understanding of organizational issues and challenges Exceptional problem- solving skills (able to solve complex technical issues) Able to cope with change Able to “shift gears” comfortably Apply Now
