To thrive in this role, you'll possess:
- 5+ years of proven experience selling new commercial trucks.
- Deep understanding of the commercial truck industry and its regulations.
- A track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently achieving growth.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid Code 10 or 14 driver's license (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Integrity, honesty, and a commitment to ethical sales practices.
