If you're passionate about driving revenue growth and eager to make a significant impact in the truck body market, we want you on our team Position Overview: As a Sales Representative for Truck Bodies, you'll be at the forefront of our revenue-driving efforts. Your role will be instrumental in understanding client needs, recommending suitable solutions, and facilitating successful sales transactions. Building and nurturing strong customer relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to the overall success of the company will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Identify and engage potential customers across various industries, including trucking companies, logistics firms, and construction companies. Initiate contact with prospects through multiple channels, demonstrating active listening and understanding of customer requirements. Provide tailored recommendations and solutions based on a deep understanding of our truck body products and their competitive advantages. Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in our truck body products, features, and customization options, staying updated on industry trends and customer needs. Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring smooth order processing and exceptional customer experience. Deliver accurate product information, quotes, and proposals to potential customers, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Relationship Building: Foster strong, trust-based relationships with existing and potential customers, collaborating to identify customization opportunities and gather feedback. Leverage internal resources and teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively communicated and translated into feasible solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with design and engineering teams to align customer needs with product capabilities, ensuring seamless execution of orders. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely order processing, production, and delivery of truck bodies. Sales Targets and Reporting: Exceed assigned sales targets and quotas, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager, contributing to strategic decision-making and performance evaluation. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience: Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in automotive, transportation, or manufacturing industries. Product Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of truck bodies and customization options. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-Centric: Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively. Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and challenges. Computer Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools. Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
