Sales Executive: Printing Industry – Observatory - Basic Negotiable Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails. Visiting potential customers for new business. Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends. Participating in trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. Identifying new markets and business opportunities. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales. Recording sales and order information and sending copies to internal sales executive. Reviewing own performance, and adjust targets accordingly. Skills, Experience and General Requirements Able to demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills, both internally and externally. Ability to perform under pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Very good organisational skills. Skilled in word processing, spreadsheet and Outlook (Basic Administrative Skills) Attention to detail. Report writing Matric / Grade 12 At least 5 years' experience in a sales role. Industry related experience would be an advantage. Ability to research and identify prospective customers. Understands the sales process. Candidate must have commercial and business awareness. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. Key Performance Objectives Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Marketing of products. Analyze Customer needs, present optimal solutions and close the sale. Salary: Basic Negotiable, Vehicle & Petrol Allowance Working hours: Mon to Thurs 08h00 to 16h30 Fri 08h00 to 14h30
