The role entails acquiring new business through cold calling and conversion of prospective customers to actual sales. Achievement of Sales targets and customer satisfaction is key to your success in this role. Responsibilities: Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Present sales, expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Direct sales processes to generate revenue Develop and manage digital and print sales team and strategies Meet with clients to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them. Meeting sales goals through closing skills, prospecting skills ,negotiation and self confidence Meeting personal and team sales targets Participating in weekly sales team meetings Negotiating contracts and packages Identify your customers by maintaining and expanding your database of prospects You are expected to achieve, maintain and exceed your monthly target at least twice in a 3-month period Experience & Qualification More than 5 years' experience as sales executive in the media industry(online publication, newspaper and radio/tv) Matric / Senior Certificate or equivalent (Minimum) Valid drivers' license and reliable vehicle No Criminal Record
