Our client seeks to appoint an experienced Sales Executive to head up their sales team and drive performance. This position reports directly to the CEO of the company and is part of the management team. Responsibilities include customer acquisition and retention strategy, including customer experience, as well as new business and strategic partnership initiatives. Must have strong ability and track record of developing and leading high performing, stable sales teams that support the long-term vision of the company. Excellent stakeholder management skills and data analysis and interpretation to improve service and achieve sales is essential to this role. Must have matric and a relevant BDegree with at least 10 years direct experience in a senior sales role.
