Sales Head - Johannesburg

Who are well looking for: A Regional Sales Head with previous out-of-home media experience.

What will you do:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and industry trends
• Manage select key clients for the Company
• Proactively drive volumes and trade deals with large key clients
• Develop, nurture client relationships in all regions
• Recruit, train, and manage a high performing sale team
• Act as an ambassador for the business

What do you need:

• Minimum of 10 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of success
• Experience of the Advertising and Media Industry will be beneficial but not a prerequisite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to be able to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team member s and senior management.
• Ability to inspire and guide a diverse sale team.
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• A good understanding South African economy and market dynamics
• Strong negotiations skills and ability to close deals.
• Fully conversant with Microsoft Office
