The ideal candidate will have completed a qualification in Business/ Marketing, or a related field and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in generating leads and acquiring new customers. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities. Participate in sales calls and meetings, both virtually and in person. Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. Collaborate with the marketing team. Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development. Provide customer service by responding to inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer concerns. Assist the sales team in generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and identifying sales opportunities. Consistently use Product Knowledge skills and Learn about the features and benefits of the products to effectively communicate their value to potential clients. Requirements Matric / Grade 12 A degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing or a relevant qualification will be an essential requirement. Driver's Licence is essential: Willing to travel as and when needed. Computer proficiency is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Stipend - Monthly
