Key Responsibilities:- Assist the sales team in generating leads and acquiring new customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Participate in sales calls and meetings, both virtually and in person.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development.
- Provide customer service by responding to inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer concerns.
- Assist the sales team in generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and identifying sales opportunities.
- Consistently use Product Knowledge skills and Learn about the features and benefits of the products to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
Requirements- Matric / Grade 12
- A degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing or a relevant qualification will be an essential requirement.
- Driver's Licence is essential: Willing to travel as and when needed.
- Computer proficiency is essential. 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
