Sales Internship - Johannesburg

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team in generating leads and acquiring new customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Participate in sales calls and meetings, both virtually and in person.
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development.
  • Provide customer service by responding to inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer concerns.
  • Assist the sales team in generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Consistently use Product Knowledge skills and Learn about the features and benefits of the products to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
Requirements
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • A degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing or a relevant qualification will be an essential requirement.
  • Driver's Licence is essential: Willing to travel as and when needed.
  • Computer proficiency is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
