Our client is within the Office Automation industry and based in Boksburg. They are looking for a Sales Representative to join their Sales Department as soon as possible. JOB DESCRIPTION: Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the companys products and/or related services. Personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Cold calling and sourcing for new clients is essential / Win new business by generating new leads and business relationships Client calls Present and sell company products and services to new clients Negotiate and Close deals Network and brand company products Target marketing, prospecting & proactive inquiry generation Meet and/or exceed individual and team sales targets Provide the highest level of customer service to customers throughout the sales process Participate in potential weekly and/or monthly training opportunities and professional development for the relevant representatives Place advertisements, participate in grassroots marketing, develop community networks, utilize online resources and social media to product awareness and develop opportunities Manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities associated with the role Sourcing new clients Identify sales prospects Customer service- build and maintain client relationships Identify and resolve client concerns Keep a written record of daily activity Weekly written reporting of sales activities Keep and manage a CRM (excel) and update the sales pipeline daily To always be the key contact of allocated accounts and assist other departments when necessary any additional duties as and when required by management EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Minimum 2 years of external Sales Representative experience Industry experience in office automation, voice & data Valid drivers license and own reliable transport essential Individuals must be self-motivated, passionate, and results driven Experience in sales, Telesales, and/or marketing Proven record of success in direct sales, including a demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and online marketing, including social media outreach Be goal-oriented Positive attitude Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads independently Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills Apply Now
