Requirements:

Matric
5+ years experience within the flavour/colour/ingredients/fragrance sector
Previous experience managing a team - essential

Duties:

Developed new business and managed existing clients
Negotiated new contracts
Collaborated with clients on new lines based on current market trends
Produce quality product samples for clients to run tests.
Strategic Account Management
Contributed to increasing business volume through implementing new initiatives
Managed an extensive sales budget and sales forecasting
Extensive traveling
Travel with Sales Reps to Clients
