Our client, a well-established manufacturer in the flavoring Industry is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing , developing and directing the South African team of sales reps to successfully promote the company's products and maximise sales potential for designated flavours, colours and speciality ingredient products, through leveraging strong business relationships. In alignment with the company strategy, ensure the team attains or exceeds agreed sales volume and monthly budgets for designated products. REQUIREMENTS • Matric Essential • Own transport and valid driver's license • Proven track record of minimum 3 years experience within the Industry • Management experience essential • Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous R80 000 - R100 000 CTC per month (depending on experience)
