Sales Manager - East London
Our client is seeking Sales Managers to join their teams, based in Gauteng, Western Cape and Northern Cape.
Successful candidate will operate within an assigned region and is responsible for managing merchant servicing, relationships, and lead sources to deliver product sales targets. The role includes overseeing regional sales activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing strategic and execution plans in collaboration with the National Sales Manager.
Minimum Requirements:-
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or an equivalent tertiary qualification preferred
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within a similar industry
- Experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Experience in relationship management with clients and stakeholders
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in sales operations
- Familiarity with CRM systems and BI reporting tools
- Ability to interpret data and present statistical data effectively
- Project Management skills
- Extensive travel required - must be willing to travel and stay out
