Description Purpose of the Role: Achieve consistent year-on-year sales growth by leading a high-performing sales team in the FMCG industry. Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing sales teams. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
