- Qualification in Sales/Marketing
- 5-8 years Sales & Marketing Management experience
- Experience within a manufacturing/packaging environment is required
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Managing the Sales & Marketing function at the branch and to increase sales volumes in accordance with customer demands and company budgeted forecast commensurate with the Companys business plan & managing sales of NXPE & XPE.
- Managing the sales & marketing function of the branch.
- Conducting Sales and Market intelligence.
- Calling on all major customers.
- Monitoring Sales performance and objectives from Sales team.
- Developing new business.
- Achieving Sales budget objectives.
- Ensuring updated price lists and setting selling processes with the Branch Manager.
- Motivating and driving the sales team.
- Coaching and guiding sales reps.
- Developing and implementing the sales strategy.
