Salary: R950k R1K

To oversee and manage all aspects of the marketing and sales of the CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) portfolio to ensure Organisational commercial objectives are achieved.

Qualification & Experience:

Medical and/or Sciences degree
3-5 years sales experience in CRRT
3 years as a Marketing Manager Essential

Overview of duties (not limit to): -

Implementation of division sales and marketing strategies
Analysis of regional sales, competitor and market share data, develop strategies and action plans to maximise sales potential
Management of resources i.e. budget, stock, time, systems, sales tools
To develop and sustain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in order to ensure continuous brand loyalty and advocacy.
Develop customer proposal / presentation for communication and implementation.
In-depth understanding of regional and national trends and customer dynamics
Proactive actions to prevent potential threats to business results
Understand customer practices and prescribing habits
Respond to customer requests and resolve regional issues timeously
Coach and develop the sales representatives
Frequent customer visits with and without product specialists
Analysis and monthly reporting on team performance
Monitor and develop action plans to correct underperformance
Manage field force effectiveness measure
