JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Salesperson with a genuine passion for knives, pots, and all things culinary. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers in selecting the perfect knives, pots, and other kitchen essentials to suit their needs. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to understand their culinary needs and preferences. Demonstrate product knowledge and expertise in knives, pots, and other kitchenware to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Provide personalized recommendations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including arranging merchandise displays and restocking inventory. Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases to effectively communicate product information to customers. Qualifications and Experience: A Grade 12 qualification Previous sales experience in a retail environment, preferably in kitchenware or related industry. Skills: Genuine passion for cooking and culinary arts, with a strong interest in knives, pots, and kitchen gadgets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The ability to take initiative. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
