The successful incumbent will possess tenacity, drive and a can do mindset to expand this existing brand further. Minimum requirement Grade 12. Use sales techniques to convince customers. Have min 2 years’ experience in a sales role. Have experience in market research and developing a business pipeline. Self starter personality who is responsible with integrity. Own car and licence. Responsibilities Educating customers about the benefits and features of the products, and how they can solve their problems or meet their needs. Working with customers to find a mutually agreeable solution that satisfies their goals and preferences. Showing customers how the products can provide a positive return on their investment, either by saving money, increasing revenue, or improving efficiency. Listening actively and attentively to customers, understanding their pain points, needs, and desires, and asking relevant and insightful questions. Identifying and analysing the problems faced by customers, and offering effective and creative solutions that address their challenges. Understanding the stages and steps involved in the buying decision of customers and tailoring the sales approach accordingly. Building rapport and trust with customers, communicating clearly and respectfully, and handling objections and rejections gracefully. Influencing and convincing customers to act, by using logical arguments, emotional appeals, and social proof. Demonstrating a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the products, and how they compare to the competitors. Identifying and qualifying potential customers who are likely to be interested in and benefit from the products and reaching out to them effectively. Using social media platforms to research, connect, and engage with customers, and share valuable and relevant content that showcases the expertise and credibility. Prioritizing and organizing tasks, managing the schedules, and allocating time efficiently to achieve the sales goals.
