Requirements: Matric, relevant qualifications highly advantageous 3 – 5 years’ experience Sales Rep experience Dedicated, driven individual always willing to go the extra mile Self-starter with a keen business/entrepreneurial mindset Available to travel nationally Valid driver’s licence Work independently Well-spoken in English and Afrikaans Ability to work in a fast paced and highly pressurized environment. Taking initiative and following through is key in this environment. Engaging and outgoing personality that builds solid long term relationships Duties and Responsibilities: Reporting to the Sales Manager Responsible for calling on an existing client base as well as opening of new accounts Visit clients on a regular basis, check stock levels and place orders Following a daily call cycle for the Western cape Maintaining current relationships and building new ones Increasing customer spend by upselling and promoting new product lines Keeping clients up to date on new products Informing customers of no stocks and offering alternatives Taking orders and getting client feedback Review sales reports, customer and item drop offs. The company tablet, runs an app to monitor reps and their performance Logs client visits, completes orders and quotes Assisting with client queries, and any concerns Meet and exceed daily / weekly / monthly KPIs set out by management. Grow customer base, building new and old customer relationships Onboarding of new customers
