The main focus of this role is for the salesperson/specifier to have an existing network of architects and interior designers, to grow the network, focussing on product specifications in high-end residential, hospitality and commercial building projects.

Responsibilities:

Networking: Leverage your existing network and actively expand connections within the architecture and interior design community.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with architects and interior designers, to understand their needs and promote and specify our products.
Focused on specifying products in building projects with architects and interior designers.
Basic understanding of technology and interior design.
Conduct calls and face to face meeting with customers (architects and designers) daily.
Maintain records of all sales leads and customer accounts.
Educate customers on how products or services benefit them now and in the long run.
Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products and market to identify new products and customer needs.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven success in sales, preferably within the construction, architecture, interior design, or related industries.
Extensive network of contacts within the architecture and interior design community.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, set goals, and drive results with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in using remote work tools, CRM software, and digital communication platforms.
Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle.
