Drake International A well established, national FMCG Distributor is looking for an experienced, sales focused, target driven individual to join their sales team to gain more market share. Requirements: Matric Min 3yrs external sales experience in the FMCG sector Valid Driver's License is required MS Office Literate Responsibilities: Responsible for driving sales and placing orders for designated stores as per route schedule Floor walks to be done during the call on the store Display building and acquiring additional display areas and price flashers Controlling stock rotation i.e. short dated and expired stock Negotiating with Store Managers regarding advertised products and promotions Controlling and managing of shelf pricing, pricing flashers, product flows and maximizing forward shares for all Principles in the stores Weekly price surveys Weekly sales reporting Motivate and manage the Merchandisers in the assigned stores Team Player Presentable Good communication skills Extroverted personality Energetic Sales focused Target Driven
